Refund Policy
We want every Levelz Ice customer to have an amazing experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.
1) All Sales Are Final (Food Products)
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
For this reason, all sales are final, except in cases where:
your order arrived damaged,
you received the wrong item,
or your order is missing items.
2) When You’re Eligible for a Replacement or Refund
You may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement if your order has one of the following issues:
✅ Damaged item(s)
✅ Incorrect item(s) received
✅ Missing item(s) from your order
To be considered, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
3) How to Request Support

The more details you send, the faster we can resolve it.
4) What We Offer (Case-by-Case)
Depending on the issue, we may offer one of the following:
Replacement shipment
Store credit
Refund to the original payment method
Refunds are approved at our discretion after reviewing the claim.
5) Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed back to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
6) Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
customer errors (wrong address entered)
delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
normal variations in taste/texture (food products can vary slightly by batch)
orders reported outside the required claim window
7) Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
8) Event & Catering Deposits (If Applicable)
For catering orders, private events, or trailer bookings:
deposits may be non-refundable
cancellation timelines may vary depending on the event date
