At Levelz Ice, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect after placing an order.

1) Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving fast.

2) Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may range between 2–7 business days after your order is processed.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during special promotions.

4) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package is scanned by the carrier.

5) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

an incorrect address,

incomplete address,

or delivery failure,

we may need to charge a reshipping fee to send it again.

6) Damaged Packages or Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t look right, please contact us immediately so we can help.
